Amèla currently accepts payment through available payment methods such as QR Ph and bank transfer.

For payments processed through PayMongo Payments, Inc., payment information may be processed through PayMongo's payment infrastructure. Where payment details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure payment interface, Amèla does not intentionally collect or store the customer's complete bank or e-wallet credentials.

Amèla may receive information necessary to confirm and reconcile a transaction, such as payment status, amount, transaction reference, and other information provided to us by the payment provider.

For bank transfers, customers may be asked to submit proof of payment. Such proof may contain transaction-related information and will be stored and used for order verification, accounting, and related legitimate business purposes.

We may share or disclose personal data when reasonably necessary to operate our business, fulfil your transactions, provide services, or comply with legal obligations.

Government Authorities and Other Parties Required by Law

We may disclose personal data where required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, court order, government requirement, or lawful request, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where we engage third-party service providers to process personal data on our behalf, we seek to require appropriate privacy and security safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third parties before providing them with personal information.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Amèla may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, technology, services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice.

The updated version will indicate the applicable Last Updated date.
